Nature of our business
Asterion Recovery Ltd. operates as a regulated introducer. We introduce individuals who have suffered investment losses to independently licensed specialists — bar-certified recovery lawyers, chargeback processing teams, and insolvency claims processors — across the EU and UK.
Asterion Recovery is NOT a law firm, financial institution, payment service provider, or investment firm. We do not provide legal advice, conduct legal proceedings, manage client funds, or offer any regulated financial service directly.
Specialist independence
All specialists within our network are independently licensed and regulated by the relevant national authority in their jurisdiction, including national bar associations and financial regulators.
Asterion Recovery does not supervise or assume responsibility for the professional conduct or outcomes of any specialist. Your engagement is directly with the specialist.
Compensation structure
Asterion Recovery receives a referral fee from the specialist — not from the client — and only upon successful recovery of funds. We do not receive any upfront payment from clients.
The specialist's success fee — typically 20–30% of recovered funds — is agreed directly between you and the specialist before any work begins.
Consumer protection
You are protected by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. These rights apply independently of these terms and cannot be waived.
Recovery scam warning
The recovery industry attracts fraudulent operators who target victims a second time. Asterion Recovery will NEVER:
- Ask you to pay upfront fees before any work begins.
- Request access to your bank accounts, wallets, or seed phrases.
- Guarantee recovery or promise a specific outcome.
- Ask you to make payments to personal or unrelated accounts.
- Contact you via messaging apps without prior written communication via info@asterion-rec.com.

Is Asterion Recovery itself a licensed law firm?
No. We are a regulated introducer — we connect you with licensed professionals but do not ourselves provide legal or financial services. All specialists hold their own independent licences.
How do I verify the specialists you introduce me to?
We will provide the name, bar registration number, and regulatory body of any specialist before you commit. You can then verify their status independently through the relevant bar association or regulator.
What if I suspect a recovery scam?
Contact us immediately at info@asterion-rec.com if approached by anyone claiming to represent us and asking for upfront payments or account access. We will verify the contact and assist you in reporting fraud if needed.
Where can I report concerns about Asterion Recovery?
